Biography
Vyacheslav Evgenievich Stashkov was born on September 27, 1985 in the city of Almaty. He has a higher education, graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in international law.
He began his career in 2008 as a prosecutor in the Office of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan. After which he was appointed senior assistant to the prosecutor of the Turksib region for compliance with the rule of law in the socio-economic sphere.
After working in the prosecutor’s office, he was appointed head of the legal support department at the national company SPK Almaty. After working there for a year, he went into private practice. It was decided to establish our own consulting company called Qazconsalting Group, which occupies one of the leading positions in the Kazakhstan market in the field of legal services, and is also actively developing at the international level.
Vyacheslav Stashkov has partnership agreements in the United Arab Emirates and the Russian Federation. He was repeatedly awarded letters of gratitude and certificates from the city prosecutor and the head of the legal statistics department at the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2008 – 2009: Statistician-chief specialist of the group for supervision of legality in the field of legal statistics and special records in the Turksib district of the management of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty.
2009 – 2010: Statistician-chief specialist of the management department of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Accounts of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty.
2010 – 2011: Prosecutor for supervision of legality in the field of legal statistics and special records in the Medeu district of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty.
2011 – 2012: Prosecutor for supervision of legality in the field of legal statistics and special records in the Almaly district of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty.
2012 – 2014: Assistant prosecutor of the Turksib district of the Almaty city prosecutor’s office (department for supervision in the socio-economic sphere).
2014 – 2015: Head of the department of legal support and claims work of JSC National Company Social Entrepreneurial Corporation Almaty.
